Branch Operations Officer (Floridablanca, Pampanga)

We are hiring for a Branch Operations Head who will be based in Floridablanca and will enjoy a competitive benefits package on top of his/her salary.
Specific job responsibilities include:

- Prepare and plan budget for the office, maintenance, and park operations
- Approve checks, purchase orders, interment documents, and other operations documents within their authority
- Check and review reports(cash journal receipt, sales reports, aging, interment summary, collection efficiency, etc.)
for submission to Head Office
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly collections and compare with set targets
- Review and recommend all park construction projects

Qualifications:

- Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related business course.
- Proven work experience in operations.
- At least 3 Years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Willing to travel and work on-site
- Can start ASAP
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving skill
