Branch Operations Head (Lapu-Lapu)

China Banking Corporation is looking for Branch Operations Heads for our Retail Banking Business Segment. As Branch Operations Head (BOH), you will be responsible in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch and ensuring that branch operations adhere to bank policies and procedures. Administratively, the BOH is under the supervision of the Branch Manager and is accountable for the operational efficiency of the following:
Accounting SectionLoans SectionForeign SectionJob Requirements: A Bachelor Degree Holder in any business course, ideally a CPA if accounting graduate.Must have an in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in branch banking operations.At least three (3) years capacity as Branch Officer.Customer service-oriented and can support the branch through relationship building with the clients.Must be willing to work onsite.
