Branch Officer-in-charge (Facial Clinic)**Career Summary**To manage assigned branch by ensuring collaborative working relationships, and customer satisfaction while meeting target monthly branch sales.**Job Description/Responsibilities**- Provide administrative support and oversee daily operations of the branch- Required to render six (6) working days with a shifting schedule- To provide assistance to Beauty therapists and monitor their overall performance, and provide Management/Head Office constructive feedback about their performance- Perform various skincare services, facial and body treatments (both basic and advanced)- Boost sales for both retail products and clinic services and ensure that the target monthly sales are achieved- Provide ways to increase the acquisition of new customers and ensure how to maintain existing and loyal customers- Liaise with patients as to their treatment plans, recommended package services as well as a prescribed skincare regimen- Handle customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints- Provide various financial reports, sales/expenses reports, and other summary reports for the branch- Responsible for the safekeeping of petty cash and accountable for properties assigned to the Branch Manager, which may include, but are not limited to, company tablet, desktop, printer, infrared thermometer, clinic machines/equipment, and the like- Must ensure overall cleanliness of the clinic and its adherence to health protocols- Must ensure that clinic supplies and retail stocks are adequate in supply**Requirements**:1. College Graduate preferably of Science or related degrees (nursing or healthcare field)2. Preferably assistant managers or supervisors with one (1) year of experience ofhandling 3 to 5 staff3. Expertise or background in facial care & skin analysis consultation is an advantage.4. Must be customer-service oriented5. Team player, Honest and Hardworking6.
