Branch Manager Trainee

**JOB OVERVIEW**

**SKILL AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, or other related fields.
- Compelling verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Office Applications to manage word documents, spreadsheets and databases, and presentations.
- Preferably with an experience in a managerial position in a similar industry.
- Fresh graduates with strong leadership skills are welcome to apply.
- Must be willing to be assigned anywhere, where our branches are located.
- Is able to find efficient and creative solutions for every challenge.
- Could blend and work efficiently in a multi-cultural and multi-dimensional work environment with varying complexity.
- Is able to guide others to achieve results and objectives.
- Has the capacity to conceptualize and execute a project from start to finish.
- Has the ability to mingle and work with people from different walks of life and different life perspectives.
- Has the ability to deliver on promises and maintain objectivity.
**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
