Branch Manager - Laguna

The Branch Manager reports and collaborates with the Regional Branch Manager to increase the assigned branch's
client base and revenues. They oversee the productivity and efficiency of the assigned sales team to generate leads for
new business and customers through continual marketing and sales promotions.

Job Responsibilities
• Oversees assigned sales team to ensure that all financial, operational, and sales goals are regularly
met or exceeded to support business goals.
• Collaborates with upper management to create project plans and set appropriate benchmarks for
the sales team.
• Partners with upper management in analyzing sales performance, competitor activity, and customer
satisfaction data to develop strategies for increasing sales volume and market share.
• Supports in establishing relationships with new clients to increase business opportunities for Nabati
in the Philippines.
Meets with the clients to discuss products, prices, delivery schedules, or other business concerns.Collaborates with the Regional Branch Manager and Human Capital in attracting, hiring, and
developing a highly motivated sales team that consistently exceeds client and business
expectations.
• Helps monitor the inventory levels of goods to meet client and customer demands for Nabati
products.
• Monitors the sales team's performance to support business goals and ensure compliance with
Company policies and procedures.
• Resolves complaints regarding the sales team and takes steps to improve or correct performance.

Job Requirements
BS/BA in Business Administration, Management, Sales, or a relevant fieldAt least 5 years of relevant experience gained from an FMCG organizationStrong negotiation, leadership, and communication skillsAnalytical and creative thinkingExquisite communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer-oriented approach with aptitudeAbility to travel as neededAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAmenable to onsite work and shifting scheduleJob ResponsibilitiesOversees assigned sales team to ensure that all financial, operational, and sales goals are regularly
