Branch Manager

Responsible for the attainment of daily, weekly and monthly branch service target
- Ensures the quality of offered services to the clients
- Supervises the completeness and accuracy of daily service report submitted by technicians to Branch Secretary
- Assists with customer service to ensure overall customer satisfaction
- Should be on top of every customer complaint before escalation to Head Office
- Responsible for the attainment of daily, weekly and monthly branch sales target
- Responsible for increasing and sustaining sales growth*Ensures that the branch is profitable
- *Trains branch personnel on how to and what to sell
- Responsible for requisition of needed branch personnel
- Approves leave, overtime and official business filing of branch personnel
- Accountable in performance evaluation of branch personnel
- Ensures behavioral alignment through coaching, counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tacloban, Leyte: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Management: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:
