URGENT : PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating department activities.
Coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees (if necessary).
Accomplishes all staff result's by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards aligned to the company standard operating procedure.
Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget (branch), scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems, and recommending system improvements.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Coordinate with operational manager for securing of proper operational procedures.
Create weekly or monthly task for operational branch update.
Engaging with company sales force from presenting company services and good customer feedbacks.
SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Increase sales profit of the branch
Close deals to clients
Ensuring good quality of services
Daily

Monitor staffs from human resources, marketing & housekeeping if they are meeting their deadlines.
Look for prospect clients and close deals for manpower and one-time cleaning services.
collect accomplishment reports from the team.
Update reports to main operations department.
Assist and addressed concerns.
Update monitoring's and Drive.
