Branch Manager

To oversee the day to day Operation of the Branch/Warehouse- To ensure attainment of Sales Performance Target.- To develop potential markets and opportunities for the company in the area.- To strategically manage warehouse in compliance with Company's policies and vision.- To oversee the receiving of goods from Suppliers and other Business Units and deliveries of orders.- To oversee Inventory Counting and ensure its accuracy both in Actual and on the Parts System.- To manage UNITS / PARTS INVENTORY and take initiatives to resolve any discrepancies, floating on the Parts System and communicate to concerned branch / department.- To implement and enforce strictly all the operational policies and procedures- To coach, mentor and motivate all the BRANCH PERSONNEL to ensure effectiveness in performing their respective tasks.- To adhere to all the Warehousing Regulations.- To ensure that the High Quality of Services to the clients is consistently applied.- To ensure and maintain the Standard Health and Safety Protocols.- To ensure security of all the stored goods in the Warehouse- To manage the Revolving Funds (RF) and evaluate expenditures of the assigned Branch to ensure its cost effectiveness.- To ensure that required number of Manpower based on the Approved Employee List (AEL) of the assigned branch is maintained and closely coordinate in the Main Office for the hiring procedure.- To evaluate and assess the BRANCH PESONNEL/STAFF Performances.- To prepare correspondences.- **Qualifications**:_- A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any Business Course.- At least 3 years experience as a Manager or 5 years Service Supervisor in **MOTORCYCLE INDUSTRY**.- Knowledgeable in troubleshooting of motorcycle and electric bike to electrical as well as mechanical aspect.- Knowledgeable on how to set targets or goals.- Ability to facilitate and properly delegate works/tasks- Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills- A team player with leadership skill- Preferably with NCII in SMALL ENGINESchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Branch or Warehouse Manager: 3 years (preferred)
