- Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance.
- Develop store strategies to raise customers' pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Yearly renewal of all required permits of the branch
- Ensure all expenses and utilities payables are paid on time
- Make sure to follow operating hours of the branch
- Ensure cash deposits
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
- Recap memo implementation report.
- Submit fortnight report, monthly report, and mancom report.
