Branch Manager (Bayugan)

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for managing a branch operation in accordance with the company standards to attain company goals and objectives in the following Key Result Areas: Operational Efficiency, Sales/Marketing, Collection Efficiency, Remedial Management, Real & Other Property Owned & Acquired (ROPOA) Management and Net Income Before Tax (NIBT).
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Required Skill(s): Change Management, Microsoft Office, Strong Leadership Skills.Acts quickly, sense of urgency, able to meet deadlines.Ability to guide, teach, coach, mentor, train, develop and motivate people into an effective, efficient and well-coordinated workforce.Basic knowledge of computers and software including ability to use e-mail, word processing, and spreadsheet software.Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.Willing to be assigned in BAYUGAN BRANCH.Job Type: Full-time
