1. Accomplishes target sales by communicating job expectations, planning and reviewing actions,
and enforcing policies and procedures for the branch.
2. Achieves branch operational objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations
to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing
production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolving problems;
completing audits; identifying trends; determining branch sales system improvements; and
implementing changes.
3. Meets Branch sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual
budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; and initiating corrective actions.
4. Establishes sales objectives by creating sales plan and quota for clusters in support of national
objectives.
5. Maintains and expands customer based by counseling Cluster Officers; building and maintaining
rapport with key customers; and identifying new customer opportunities.
6. Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product,
packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; and tracking
competitors.
7. Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.
8. Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
9. Prepares sales analysis report per cluster on a weekly basis and submits them to GM, with
appropriate recommendations.
10. Oversees proper delivery operation payables are settled.
11. Conducts spot checks on clusters to verify status of outlets when it comes to its operations.
12. Intervene as needed on the Clusters handled by the branch for the betterment of its
performance.
13. Willing to report here at the head office before starting of employment.
14. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
