URGENT: PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating department activities. Coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees (if necessary). Accomplishes all staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards aligned to the company standard operating procedure. Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget (branch), scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions. Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems, and recommending system improvements. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Coordinate with operational manager for securing proper operational procedures. Create weekly or monthly tasks for operational branch updates. Engage with company sales force by presenting company services and gathering customer feedback. SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Increase sales profit of the branch. Close deals with clients. Ensure good quality of services. Monitor staff from human resources, marketing & housekeeping to ensure they are meeting their deadlines. Look for prospective clients and close deals for manpower and one-time cleaning services. Collect accomplishment reports from the team. Update reports to the main operations department. Assist and address concerns. Update monitoring tasks. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
