Branch Head

Assist the regional head/ branch operations manager in effort to reach profit, performance, and customer service goal.
Oversee branch services, specially customer service, to ensure excellence: contact or assist clients and prospective clients.
Reviews and manage branch staffing procedures, ensures that staff assignments and responsibilities are reasonable.
Reviews and files branches payroll and timekeeping documents.
Coordinates communication with branches operations personnel.
Works to meet branch performance and compliance with company and government regulations.
Oversees the preparations of branch reports for approval of the branch operations manager.
Attends and participates in periodic branch personnel meetings.
Qualifications:

At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast paced dynamic environment.
Can handle pressure and flexible schedule .
Can communicate orally and in writing.
Easily adapt to work environment.
Can respond quickly to changing ideas, responsibilities and other duties and process.
