Branch Head For Non Life Insurance

Manage the North Luzon operations of Corporate Guarantee and Insurance Company (CGIC). Develops strategies, directs development of marketing programs and materials such as advertising & event support. Ensures the successful implementation of all the marketing campaigns & projects. Writes proposals for new business, participates in planning and presentation sessions when assigned. Establishes sales territories & quotas. Seeks out and establishes new accounts. Delegates work assignments, sets expectations and monitors delegated activities. Plans, develops, recommends and coordinates implementation of personnel and compensation changes. Facilitates employee development through mentoring, cross training, and public seminars and trainings. JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent. Required skill(s): sales, marketing, insurance, operations management, leadership, driving. At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php38,000.00 per month
