Job description
- At least one (1) year of exposure experience in recruitment or any HR related experience is required for this position
- With pleasing personality
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Application (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Good organization skills
- Maintaining time sheets and accurately inputting time and attendance data into the computer.
- Responsible for keeping track of leave time such as vacation, holidays, personal or sick days for employees.
- Ensure time sheets and payroll concerns are submitted and received in the head office on time to issue accurate payroll adjustments.
- Initiate in job posting in any job portal platforms or any recruitment strategy
- Conduct a good interview skill and counseling skill to employee or applicant
- Responsible in conducting New Employment Orientation for the staff
- Proper monitoring of documentary requirements of the employee (201 file handling)
- Create good and harmonious engagement for employee to employer
- Capable of multitasking, planning and organizing details while communicating effectively with co-workers and employees
- Attend meetings and inform employees on information that helps prepare for future issues related to payroll discrepancies.
**Salary**: Php11,000.00 - Php12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tarlac City, Tarlac: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
