Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's/College Degree
5+ years in WFM managerial role in BPO
MUST HAVE: Experience handling the ERLANG tool
Excellent skills in capacity planning, scheduling, real-time management, and reporting are a must
Presentation skills
Able to lead internal and external calls
Flexible and willing to work in shift schedules and weekends as needed
Can start immediately
