Bpo Tsr (Hardware) - 100% Remote - Night Shift - Up To 31,000

We are hiring for TSRs for a  BPO Company located in BGC
This is a remote work and follows a Nightshift Schedule BUT Training and Nesting will be onsite
Salary is up to 31,000 package + 18% ND based on overall experience and hiring result
Min Requirement of at least 1 year of hardware and software support experience in the BPO industry
Requirements (must have) With at least 1 year of hardware and software support experience in the BPO industryWith experience using CRM tools and remote desktopCustomer/client-facing experience is a mustExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience in ISP SupportExperience with Point of Sale is an advantageExperience in international center.Willing to attend training and nesting on site in BGCAmenable to work in night shifts and shifting schedules Description: Required to troubleshoot POS devicesWill support drive through machineries like speakers, microphones, headset etc.B2C and B2B Inbound and outbound transaction via Phone (85%) and E-mail (15%)
