Nature Of The Account: Dispute calls (PIONEERING) - Banking/Finance domain
Site Assignment: Cebu City
Educational Requirement: At least 2nd year College undergraduate/ Vocational Diploma (2yrs.)/Associate's Degree (2yrs.)/College Graduate

Work Experience:
1. With a minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in Training and mentoring facilitation
2. Preferably has experience in the banking domain (US banking)
3. Experience handling cards a plus
4. with exp in banking managing disputes, investigating disputes
