Bpo Training Specialist (Asap Joiner)

Key Requirements:
Graduate of any 4-year course or completed at least 1 year in college (no backsubbjects)
3 years' experience as a trainer in the BPO/shared services industry: Training experience in soft skills, effective communication, customer service, technical support, and culture
Preferably with experience in financial account/customer service
Excellent oral and written communication.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
Amenable to work in shifting schedule.
Amenable to working 100% onsite in BGC, Taguig.
