Facilitate Training Class/es Promote and maintain quality standards and targets Provide and Analyze variety of daily/weekly/monthly reports to optimize performance Provide quality monitoring feedback to Team Leaders and Managers. Achieve team/department targets and objectives Ensure all initiatives are completed in a timely manner, creating a workplace that is conducive to positive performance. Provide training gaps and trending analysis to assist with the coaching process of all teams. Keep abreast of all programs and changes affecting the job function Maintain cross functional relationships with various business units Work with groups to assist and enhance customer service techniques Participate in the identification, review , development and adaption of policies and procedures relating to the efficient operations of call center operations.
