Key Responsibilities: Facilitate BFSI training for employees (new hires, progression, and enhancement)Develop and improve training curriculum and materialsAnalyze learner performance and adjust training methods accordinglyManage classroom and online training sessionsProvide feedback, coaching, and evaluations to traineesCollaborate with supervisors and clients to address performance gaps Requirements: 1+ year of BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) experience and adult educationStrong communication, leadership, and time management skillsCall center (inbound/outbound) and customer service experienceFlexible schedule with willingness to work night shifts and travelCollege degree; computer proficiency is a must
