Salary: up to 35K
Shifts: US Business hours

Educational Requirement:

? at least 2nd year of College undergraduate
? Vocational Diploma (2yrs.)
? Associate's Degree (2yrs.)
? College Graduate

Work Experience:

? Preferably has experience in the banking domain (US banking)
? Experience handling cards a plus
? With minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in Training and mentoring facilitation
? with experience in banking managing disputes, investigating disputes
