Bpo Sales Representative - Urgent Hiring

As an INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE at Universal Access and Systems Solutions, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing sales opportunities through outbound and inbound communication. You will be tasked with understanding customer needs, offering appropriate solutions, and closing sales to meet or exceed revenue targets. Your role will involve working closely with the sales team, marketing department, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience.Responsibilities:• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research, cold calling, emails, and inbound inquiries.• Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers via phone or video conferencing.• Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers to drive customer retention and satisfaction.• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.Skills:• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Strong organizational and time management skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Qualification:• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology or a related field preferred.• Experience: At least 6 months of sales experience, preferably in an BPO Industry. Has an idea about IT Products and language
