The Sales and Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role inpropelling theexpansion and success of the BPO company. The positioninvolves the identification and acquisition of new clients inthe UnitedStates and international markets. As the Sales and Business DevelopmentManager, you willspearhead the formulation and execution of robust salesand business development strategies.Responsibilities1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:Identify and target potential clients in the US and internationalmarkets who would benefit fromour offshoring services.Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads.Cultivate and maintain lasting client relationships to ensuresatisfaction, repeat business, andreferrals.2. Solution Selling and Customization:Gain an in-depth understanding of the unique needs and challenges ofclients' businesses.Develop customized offshoring solutions tailored to align withclients' strategic objectives.3. Proposal Development and Persuasion:Assist in the creation of compelling proposals and presentations thatclearly communicate ourservices, value proposition, and cost-savingbenefits, ensuring a client-centric approach.4. Negotiation and Deal Closure:Lead negotiations, skillfully handle objections, and consistentlyachieve or surpass sales targets.5. Market Research and Global Expansion:Stay well-informed about industry trends, competitor activities, andmarket dynamics.Explore opportunities to expand our services into new internationalmarkets.Lead the development and execution of strategies for internationalexpansion.6. Team Collaboration:Effectively manage the sales team and collaborate with variousdepartments to guaranteeseamless service delivery to clients.Oversee and ensure successful project implementation.7. Performance Reporting:Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to trackprogress and offer insights for strategic decision-making.Qualifications1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field(Master's degree is a plus).2. Minimum 10 years of proven track record of successful B2B sales inthe offshoring oroutsourcing industry, with at least 3-5 years' experience in amanagerial capacity.3. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.4. Deep understanding of the offshoring industry, offshore processes,and client needs in both theUS and international markets.5. Strong strategic thinking and the ability to develop and executeeffective sales and expansion strategies.6. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of workingindependently.7. Willingness to travel as required for company or client meetings andinternational marketexploration.8. Flexibility to work on a graveyard shift to align with US hours andbe able to generate andcontact client leads.9. Requirement for Remote/Work From Home arrangement. Applicant musthave quietworkspace, personal computer, reliable internet connection, and backuppower and internet in case of service interruptions.
