Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years undergraduate
Must be amenable to work onsite in Cebu City, and shifting schedule
Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Quality Analyst in the BPO Industry
Good communication skills
Good knowledge of Quality Tools
Prefer insurance account experience
