Nature of the Account: Revenue Cycle Management -dealing with patients' inquiries of their hospital bills/benefits from insurance
Type of Support: QA monitoring - Support functions
Work arrangement: Work onsite daily
Site Assignment: Tech Tower - Cebu City
Salary: up to 35K
Shift Schedule: US Business hours (8pm is the earliest shift while 10pm is the latest shift) | Fixed working hours
Start date: ASAP

Educational Requirement:

? Vocational Diploma (2yrs.)
? Associate's Degree (2yrs.)
? College Graduate"

Work Experience:

? Must have 2-4 years of handling healthcare accounts.
? At least 1 year of QA or TL experience
