Title / Designation: SAVP – Transitions & Voice ProcessReporting Manager: VP - TransitionsWork Mode: Work-from-OfficeRole & responsibilities: Lead and manage Voice Process transitions across the company's global footprint, ensuring successful transitions through Program Leads.Execute the transition of processes with end-to-end accountability, establishing a robust project plan with clear tollgates, tasks, start and closure dates, responsibilities, and completion statuses.Ensure that program and project implementations meet or exceed both client and company expectations.Collaborate with the Business Development or Strategic Deal Team to build customized solutions for new client engagements, specifically focused on voice processes.Perform due diligence and operational identification exercises for new business trials, preparing the Statement of Work and recommendations based on current capabilities.Contribute to RFPs by developing customized solutions and compelling value propositions for potential clients within the voice process domain.Develop and implement training programs for Transitions Managers, focusing on both functional and developmental growth.Candidate requirements: 12+ years of experience, with 8+ years in BPO Transitions, and 5+ years in core Project Management/Solutioning experience.Rich experience in Voice Process transitions.Program Management experience in small to medium-sized engagements.PMP or PRINCE2 certification (preferred).Strong leadership and mentoring skills.Excellent communication and client management abilities.Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
