Functional Title: Operations Manager.

Educational Background: B.S Nursing

Qualifications:

? 8+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include 2+ years of direct clinical care OR 2+ years of case management/utilization management required.
? Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience preferred.
? Certification in case management, pharmacy,
rehabilitation nursing or a related specialty is highly preferred.
? Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products including Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Visio, and SharePoint
? Knowledge of behavioral health, medical bill coding, case management practice, URAC standards, Utilization review, pharmaceuticals to treat pain, pain management process, drug rehabilitation, state workers compensation guidelines, periods of disability, and treatment needed is preferred
? Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
? Leadership/management/motivational skills as well as analytic and strong
organizational skills
? Ability to work in a team environment and to meet or exceed Performance
Competencies
? Previous experience of managing a team size of 100 FTEs
Main Roles and Responsibilities:
? Manages overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of productivity, quality control, and safety measures as established and set by the project.
? Ensures safe and efficient operations. Serves as a company representative on
regulatory and mandatory issues.
? Enhances the operational procedure, systems, and principles in the areas of
information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management
reporting, and look for opportunities to expand systems.
? Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company's policies and
applicable laws.
