Qualifications:
• At least 2 years in college completed (BS/BA)
• At least 10 years of inbound client service experience from global banking operations required
• 7 years of team management experience
• Excellent comms skills and Advanced to Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Preferably can start immediately
