In the role, you will answer calls, organize records, and perform admin tasks for our healthcare client's Intake Department. Your attentiveness, excellent time management, and problem-solving skills are crucial to ensuring accurate medical records filing, copying, and archiving.

How You Spend Your Eight Hours Perform various clerical tasks for the Intake department.
Use word processing tools, spreadsheets, and databases to prepare and download files.
Perform records filing, copying, and archiving.
Prepare and process appointment scheduling calls and reports.
Perform administrative, reporting, and customer service tasks.
What You Must Possess High-level education related to medical and healthcare
Proficient in Excel, Monday.com, and Route Manager
Strong work ethics
Interpersonal and customer service skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Multitasking and organizational skills
Ability to answer a high volume of calls and emails daily
Ability to share work among a customer service team
Attentiveness and patience
Time-management skills
Ability to be positive in any situation
