The HR Manager shall play a critical role in supporting the organization's human resources functions. Shall be responsible for assisting with various HR activities, ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities
Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes and inquiriesThe HR manager shall manage the recruitment and manpower planningCollaborate with benefits providers to resolve issues and ensure smooth administrationHelp communicate and enforce HR policies and proceduresSupport performance appraisal processes, including data collection and analysisAssist in the development of the performance improvement planHandle employee inquiries and concerns, and escalate to management when necessaryMediate minor disputes and conflictsMaintain training records and assist with employee development initiativesCollaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.Prepare and maintain HR reports, including headcounts, turnover, and other relevant metrics.Participate in HR projects and initiatives such as surveys and culture building activities.Assist in the processing of government mandated employment-related issues.
