How You Spend Your Eight Hours Handle employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and maintain a positive work environmentImplement and enforce company policies and proceduresAdminister performance appraisal processes, set goals, and provide feedback to employeesIdentify training and development needs to enhance employee performanceHelp develop, communicate, and implement human resource (HR) policies and proceduresEducate employees on company policies and promote adherenceGenerate and analyze HR metrics and reports to provide insights into workforce trendsAssist in preparing reports for management and regulatory purposesEnsure compliance with labor laws and regulationsManage legal matters related to employment and maintain records to support complianceServe as a point of contact for internal and external communicationsDraft and proofread emails, reports, and other documentsSecure and maintain accurate employee records and administrative documentsOversee daily office operations, including facilities management and maintenanceManage office resources and ensure a well-organized workspacePerform other tasks as assigned What You Must Possess Bachelor's degree in psychology, HR management, business management, or any related courseProven work experience as an HR generalistHands-on experience with HR information systems and Microsoft OfficeSolid understanding of labor legislation and compliance requirementsExcellent communication, written, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to report on-site for more than two days per week depending on business needsAbility to report to our offices in Aseana City, Parañaque, and Bacoor, CaviteAt least six months of BPO experience (preferred)Familiarity with any ISO compliance program, especially in data controlling (a plus)Knowledge in using Asana and SharePoint (a plus) What You Shall Receive HMO coverage with two free dependents upon regularizationVL/SL credits upon regularizationFriendly and supportive work culture13th-month pay and other Philippine-government-mandated benefitsNon-taxable allowancesPay increases, performance bonuses, birthday gifts, and many more What You Should Consider Full-time position
