As a combined brand, Filipinos can trust BPI AIA to help achieve their dreams through solutions that are accessible, affordable, and personalized.We at BPI AIA understand that the Filipinos' needs continue to evolve as they go through the different life stages and they want to be able to easily access solutions that help them live healthier, longer and better lives.Job Summary:To help every Filipino family achieve financial security as we provide solutions to help customers live healthier, longer, and better lives.Duties and Responsibilities:Solicit new business, cross-sell and up-sell identified BPI AIA products to the bank's customer baseEstablish, maintain, and grow relationships with the bank officers and staff in the branch/es they are assigned to for the purposes of generating bancassurance leads and bancassurance businessEstablish, maintain, and grow relationships with prospective and existing clientele; Perform customer service and business conservation activitiesAct as a liaison between the customer and our back office for policy servicing and claims; submit required reports on timeProvide timely field intelligence on products, marketing campaigns, competitors and the bank partner that will affect bancassurance businessReport and meet weekly with Bancassurance Area Manager, Branch Manager/s and Relationship Manager/s for production updates and marketing campaigns and other related mattersPerform other tasks as may be required by immediate superior for the purposes of bancassurance businessQualifications:Open to any bachelor's degree holderSales, Relationship Management, and/or Customer Service experience is preferredExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)Perks:Mondays to Fridays (Dayshift)Observes Philippine HolidaysOffers competitive benefits and incentivesHMO for employee and addition to dependentsPaid TrainingTools provided (iPad, company phone)
