**Qualifications**:

- At least 4 years graduate
- Computer Literate
- Must be familiar with car body parts
- Open minded attitude
- Being able to handle complaints and difficult situations
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Perform vehicle checklist
- Receive unit for repair
- Create repair estimate
- With constant coordination to insurance
- Perform customer updating for vehicles

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
