**GoTeam** is looking for someone who can take care of all the company day to day financial tasks.
Responsible for both accounts payable and receivable along with all payroll and bank account management and reconciliation tasks.
Your client is a commercial cleaning and facilities services management business based in the Australian state of Victoria.
They've taken care of many different types of facilities, from government offices and retail locations to airports, office towers, and laboratories.
Their work directly contributes to the safety and well-being of businesses and communities alike.
**In this position, you will be**:
- Liaising with and supporting an Australian accounting firm daily.
- Managing the client's Accounts Receivable process.
- Taking responsibility for Accounts Payable as well.
- Processing payroll and keeping employee files up to date.
- Handling bank reconciliations.
- Preparing month-end reports.
- Handling XERO file setups.
- Preparing superannuation requirements.
- Other administrative functions.
**Some nice-to-have skills and qualifications**:
- College graduate, preferably with an accounting background.
- Working knowledge of XERO would be an advantage!
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent phone manners.
- Precision and attention to detail.
