**Bookkeeper**
- Reconcile accounts in QuickBooks Online.
- Process transactions in Hubdoc & QuickBooks Online.
- Create deposits in QuickBooks Online
- Check all invoices, payments, and deposits are being made correctly.
- Communicate with lead bookkeeper and account manager using clickup.
- Follow standard operating procedures using get.guru.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role preferred but not required
- Knowledge and understanding of accounting and taxation concepts essential.
- Experienced with QBO is preferred.
- Ability to find A/R reports in various service software.
