Bookkeeper W/ 10K Signing Bonus

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested

Process Accounts receivables and payables

*
Process Bank reconciliation, Invoicing, General ledger and etc.

Requirements*
- Graduate of bachelor of science in Accountancy/Finance or any related field.
*
Minimum of 1-4 years of working experience as an Accountant/Bookkeeper

*
Well versed in using Excel

*
Experience with at least one of the computerized accounting apps/software is a vast

*
Experience in General Bookkeeping Skills

*
Experience in Basic bookkeeping

*
Experience in Invoicing

*
Experience in Accounts payable and receivable

*
Experience is XERO and MYOB is a plus

*
General ledger

*
Must be FLEXIBLE with time
