Bookkeeper (Us)

The Bookkeeper will maintain accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll and daily financial entries and reconciliations to ensure all financial data is accurate and compliant.
- Key Responsibilities_
- Full Cycle Bookkeeping
- Manage all aspects of A/R, A/P and Billing
- QuickBooks entries and coding
- Treasury Management: setting up new accounts as needed for new locations and managing current accounts including transferring funds, reconciliation, etc.
- Manage all payroll reconciliation to general ledger
- Reconcile monthly credit card statements
- General Ledger maintenance
- Education and Experience_
- BA/BS required.
- 2-3 years bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks proficiency necessary
- Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, or another accounting framework
- Self-starter who can immediately create value
- Ability to think independently and problem solve in the moment
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
**Salary**: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
