Required Skills and Experience Minimum of 2 years in bookkeeping or accounting; CPA preferred.Proven experience in legal billing and property management accounting.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and strong technical skills.Familiarity with US accounting practices and systems, including trust account management.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and meet deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Preferred Skills Familiarity with IOLTA compliance and legal trust accounting standards.Experience with property management software.Associate degree or higher in accounting, finance, or related field.
