Bookkeeper

We are looking to hire a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. This individual will play an essential role in managing our financial operations and ensuring smooth workflows related to financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and create invoices for the company
Collaborate with CPAs based in Uruguay and Israel for accurate financial reporting
Help establish and maintain systematic workflows for financial reports
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other financial documentation
Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Maintain organized records of financial transactions

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with remote teams
Strong communication and organizational skills
