Bookkeeper

-records and maintains financial transactions such as purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices and payments-records financial data into the general ledgers, which are used to produce the balance sheet and income statement
Job Qualification-basic accounting knowledge-understanding accounting best practices-data entry skills-high attention to details-computer literate-produce work with a high level of accuracy
Job Specification and Work experience-Maintains an accurate record of financial transactions by establishing accounts, posting transactions; ensure legal compliance
-Update and maintain the general ledger
-Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system (balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries)
-Other areas including but not limited to document verification, data entry, validation of vouchers and other administrative tasks
Professional Qualification and License-Bachelor's degree in accounting-At least one yr of experience
