Bookkeeper

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance. This role supports our financial team and is essential for maintaining the financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Record daily financial transactions and maintain general ledgers (accounts payable and receivable).
Perform bank reconciliations and prepare financial statements and reports.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including check preparation and vouchering.
Handle inquiries related to accounts and monitor statutory filings.
Communicate with the accountant for BIR filings and assist with audits.
Review invoices, track expenses, and support tax payments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 1-3 years of bookkeeping experience.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
