About the Role
As the Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for providing accounting and administrative support to the Finance Team of the Client.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Accounts receivable and cash management:
- daily allocation of cash/EFT, Stripe, and AfterPay receipts
- completion of bank reconciliations
- processing customer refunds
- reconciliation of customer/debtor accounts
- review and follow-up for aged debtors, including some debt collection
- Accounts payable and credit cards:
- processing and reconciling supplier invoices
- new vendor set-up
- review, summarize, and collect documents relating to credit card expenditure
- reconciling credit card statements
- Assistance with stock management:
- assistance with weekly stock-on-hand reconciliation
- Assistance with Month-End Close:
- calculation and payment of Agent Commissions
- monthly bank reconciliations - monthly credit card reconciliations
- Assistance with compliance-related matters:
- ongoing maintenance and reconciliation of the PPSR database
- Administrative assistance:
- maintain electronic filing for AP/Vendor invoices
- maintain electronic filing system for Customer Account Applications and updates
- Post invoices to relevant accounts on MYOB
- Post customer payments within MYOB and our own software system
- Support the National Sales team:
- process sales orders for National and International customers from time to time
- generate sales order files for National Sales from time to time
- Perform annual system database updates and Ad-hoc duties as required
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
- Experience with Australian Accounting Standards would be preferred
- Good knowledge of basic accounting concepts and processes
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and numerical skills
- Experience with MYOB

**Salary**: Php35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mabalacat, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
