Details of the offer

This position is responsible for bookkeeping tasks for the client.
1.
Inputting invoices into system and categorizing based on provided expense chart of accounts

2.
Matching up the PO with Invoice

If they have a matching PO, entering the invoice into the system

If they do not have a matching PO and the vendor is not on our contracted vendor list, they will be responsible for relaying the information to ZPM Management and NOT entering it into the system

Any ad hoc responsibilities assigned by ZPM Management/Aulder Capital o utility computation report o sending of master meter invoices

cross-checking utility accounts to ensure that all invoices are processed;
- website checking for new invoices;
- downloading "normal" and utility invoices;
- review of invoices and communicate to Property Managers
- bills payment report.
- Any Adhoc related request by the client and required by the business

Requirements Qualification:

- Excellent English, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, highly accurate and productive
- Can work independently with mínimal supervision
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and general proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Passion and tangible experience for designing and presenting Excel-based dashboards (or other tools) to summarize important data in a consistent, efficient, and evaluative manner
- Data visualization experience or desire to learn is a must

**Experience**:

- Graduate of any 4-year degree course; preferably an accounting degree
- Preferably one (1) year experience in a U.S. corporate environment

**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pasay City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- U.S. corporate environment: 1 year (required)
