Bookkeeper

FinStrat Management ("FSM") is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper. This is a full-time remote role supporting accounting operations and financial reporting for a number of FSM clients.
Assist monthly financial close and related activities for clientsAccount analysis and reconciliationInvoice client's customers and manage client accounts receivablesProcess client's accounts payable including approval workflowsAddress client and 3rd party inquiriesEnsure assignments meet the firms' quality standardsProvide five-star client service Invoicing, accounts receivable management & collectionsAccounts payable entries and issue resolutionAccount reconciliation including accruals & prepaid expense analysisProficiency with web-based accounting software applications Proficiency with QuickBooks OnlineStrong analytical skills Professional working proficiency in English is requiredAbility to handle multiple engagements simultaneously Commitment and ability to meet critical business deadlinesSelf-starter with strong organizational skills Exceptional attention to detail Excellent research and problem-solving skills Strong communication and social skills Able to receive constructive feedback Comfortable working in a dynamic environment Degree in Accounting / Finance, or requisite work experience Compensation commensurate with experienceUnlimited vacationOngoing education and trainingBonuses
