Bookkeeper

The Bookkeeper is responsible in creating financial transaction and reports including posting information to accounting journals or accounting software from such source documents as invoices to customers, cash receipt and supplier invoices. Responsible to reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Book transactions in the Accounting System (SAP) in accordance with the Philippine Financial Reporting Standards to ensure proper recording of transactions2. Review expense documents in accordance with finance policies to ensure that all payments are valid, authorized and recorded in the correct period.3. Conduct periodic reconciliation of subsidiary Ledgers vs General Ledgers to verify that all items were correctly posted to the account.Qualifications:- BSA/Finance-related grad or any course with Bookkeeping NC II certification- Six (6) months to one (1) year of experience in related field- Willing to be assigned at Kapitolyo, Pasig- CAN START ASAP!
