Is currently looking for:
 

BOOKKEEPER

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Post daily transactions to the general and subsidiary ledgers; prepare subsidiary ledgers for new bookings.

Prepare weekly schedule of maturities.

Prepare monthly gross receipts of tax report.

Prepare monthly and quarterly reports to SEC.

Reconcile subsidiary ledger to general ledger.

Prepare deposit slips for daily

collections and deposit them in the bank.Prepare official receipts for collections and type out checks for all expenses.

Prepare entries to ledger based on collections
- receipts and disbursements.

Prepare cash position report, cash disbursement schedule, and supporting schedules for collection.

Record in the fixed assets and supplies ledger cards; monthly reconciles the records with the corresponding general ledger accounts;
Prepare checks and the corresponding vouchers for disbursement.

Handle petty cash.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
