Accurately record financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments, into the accounting system.
Ensure timely and precise data entry to maintain current financial records.
Verify and cross-check data for completeness and accuracy.
Maintain the general ledger by posting and reconciling accounts.
Organize and manage financial documents, ensuring they are stored securely and are easily accessible.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records promptly.
Generate periodic financial reports, such as trial balances, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
Assist in preparing for audits by ensuring accurate documentation and supporting materials.
Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in bookkeeping practices.
