Bookkeeper / Accountant - Makati - Realty / Leasing - Efps Bir

WORK LOCATION: Makati
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and/or Finance
- Minimum of 3 years of Accounting / Bookkeeping experience, preferably in Realty and/or Leasing
- Experience in preparing and submitting Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) forms using Electronic Filing and Payment System (eFPS)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
