About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in accounting and bookkeeping, with specific experience in the realty industry, particularly in leasing office and warehouse spaces. The successful hire will ensure accurate financial management and compliance with the EFPS BIR system while supporting the company's financial health.


Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
Record all financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare and submit financial reports (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements).
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Process payroll and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Oversee compliance with EFPS BIR system and tax regulations.
Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
Provide support for internal and external audits.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Communicate financial matters to clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Stay updated on tax law and regulation changes.
Perform other related duties as needed.

Qualifications: Required:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as a bookkeeper or accountant, preferably in realty or leasing.
Proficiency in EFPS BIR system.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Preferred:
Bachelor of Accountancy degree.
Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience.
Experience with preparing and submitting BIR forms using EFPS.
